Dr. Crestani is a graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, and of the University of Alabama Family Medicine Residency Program in Huntsville. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is not currently in a practice of her own, but serves as a locums physician for others in the North Alabama area.

Dr. Crestani is the current medical director of the North Alabama Medical Reserve Corps.  She is a past president for the Madison County Medical Society and the Alabama Academy of Family Physicians.
